Had a great experience with Srijan at Telus. He was very efficient and was able to set up exactly what I wanted in a new phone. He was willing to help me connect my watch with the phone and even though there was a customer that had no patience when I came back after the information was downloaded he handled the situation very professionally . When purchasing a new phone you get a lot of information communicated to you verbally by the sales representative. Most of it is sent to the purchaser by email after purchase. Only complaint is that I didn’t receive a breakdown of the $317.00 that I paid up front at the time of purchase.
