Bikesh M was amazing. Always checking back with me to see if all was going well before and after. So friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, the gentleman who came to install the Rogers equipment was very efficient and helpful. His name was Seedo. Not sure how to spell his name. I was very nervous about going with Rogers, but both employees were amazing. Thank you.

Tyler Townsend was the customer specialist that came to our house. He was polite, knowledgeable, smart and patient with all our questions. He did a brilliant job in pitching us the package of our choice. We are very happy with his service. Kudos!!!

Excellent customer service is always key for me. Bikesh provided these services professionally and promptly. Bikesh was very informative and super helpful answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He followed up to ensure that I understood everything discussed and what the next steps were. I would definitely recommend and refer family and friends to such services. We need more customer service agents who are willing to go above and beyond like Bikesh. It makes the process so much better. Definitely a 5+⭐️ experience.

Jacob was very informative and also trusting. I have had a very very bad experience with Rogers in the past and he reassured me this will not happen again . His voice was very professional and he had unlimited knowledge of how to explain the whole process prior to accepting. Jacob was a pleasure to talk to and even made me laugh a few times and Fazil was smiling and learning the whole time. Great job guys and I hope not to be let down by rogers . He will definitely make Rogers money . He needs a bonus !

Me and my family disliked rogers for a long time due to complications in the past but one of your fine men Bikesh came to my door and changed my outlook on the whole company. He provided helpful insight towards the service and tried to hear our problems from before with rogers. me and my family are now looking in too a new rogers data plan. he was also playing nirvana on the guitar for us he’s a great guy.

Had the privilege of meeting Bikesh last week while he was in our area. He was amazing to talk to, kind and extremely informative.
