I've been using Wise Pelican for 3 years now and have been super happy with their ability to custom cards and delivery. If I needed to speak with customer service, they're available pretty quickly and have always been able to answer my questions. They are superb at helping with your mailing list as well when it comes time to upload them and if they're not in the correct format. Customer service does it for you and very quickly too! Saves me time and headache! Thank you Wise Pelican!!

Great customer service, I used them for real estate mailers and they were quick and easy. I struggled uploading the mailing lists online and they had someone available to assist every time. I will be using them again this Spring!

I am new at using their services for postcards. I tried to navigate the system alone and I found it very easy to use. I ran into some issues. However, I received an email from Wise Pelican asking if I could use some assistance. I am so grateful for that email. I was able to get the corrections done and placed my order immediately after the corrections were completed. Thanks to David and Lee for their assistance. Great Experience.

Great experience with Wise Pelican. They are on top of their game. The chat staff wasn’t juggling 2-3 ppl at a time like most chat boxes are, and an added bonus they are human! Shout out to phone pelicans Zack & Andre as well.

I paid this company $500 for real estate mailers. It was supposed to be for my community in my zip code. Not only did they over charge me by adding random addresses all over the country, but the mailers were never delivered. They told me to take it up with the post office ( they never received them either). When I asked if they could resend them, they refused. Unless you enjoy throwing away your money, I would strongly advise not to use this company. They are scammers!

I ordered a new listing campaign and the post cards not only had my face and name but it also had another person on there. Plus the listings about information was wrong. They don’t take any accountability to make sure the ads are correct. If this was my company I would make sure these things are 100 percent since at the end of the day it’s representing their company. They blamed me and said I didn’t edit correctly. Not sure why they wouldn’t email proofs before sending out. Won’t order again.
