Had 1 basement window installed and we are pleased with every part of this job. The crew were amazing and did all the work in one day. They were polite, neat and worked hard. Pavel was truly professional and a pleasure to deal with. The process from estimate to finish was easy and the price was reasonable. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them .

We recently had Ecoline windows replace the windows in our bedroom and the kitchen. We saw an offer through Costco. There was a display promoting Ecoline windows within Costco. Previously we had them replace the other windows in the other two bedrooms. So we already had previous good quality service.
Good quality windows. Service was excellent. Very respectful, clean and efficient. Makes the house look amazing and more energy efficient. Thanks again.

We did a remote estimate for our old farm house windows. Then drove to Regina to see samples in their warehouse and finalized our contract. 2 days later they are already coming for the final measurements. Olef has been wonderful to answer questions and keep adjusting quote!
May 31, 2024 the crew arrived to install the windows, earlier than the prediction of June/ July. Very professional, on time, efficiently and quickly installed the windows. 100% clean up inside and outside. We will definitely contact them for future work! And highly recommend them to our friends and family!

It was easy dealing with ecoline. They were very professional in knowing the building code for window size on rental properties which I didn’t think mattered but apparently on rentals it does. The installation crew was also very fast, efficient and friendly not to mention that they were there on the time they specified. We are really happy with their work. Thankyou

My husband and I stressed over who to contact to get our basement and bedroom windows replaced. We were pleased to find Ecoline Windows through Costco and decided to give them a try. We are so happy we did. The estimate process was very easy with absolutely no pressure to buy. The installation team did an amazing job. They were very professional and courteous. We had alot of issues they were able to fix and even added spray foam in the framing so hopefully we don't run into the condensation problems in 10 years. It may be part of their normal process but it gave me a lot of piece of mind. I will definitely be recommending Ecoline Windows to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Ecoline Windows. I called Ecoline after seeing some other work they had done in my neighborhood, and they were able to come out soon after the call to give me an estimate. The salesman was patient, explained the product to me, and most importantly answered all my questions and didn't rush me to sign a contract. And I had a lot of questions. They provided me with the clearest answers, and let me propose options for the windows I wanted to see in my house. I especially wanted to change the function of my large living room window, as there was no natural air flow in the room and I wanted to add opening windows to create airflow, while maintaining security if I was out for a while, without have to leave the front door open. Through what I felt was a no pressure discussion, I got the functionality I wanted and a better look than even I was anticipating. Adding the opening portions has not hindered light flowing into the room, but the air movement is so much better. When the windows arrived in Regina, I was given some flexibility on the date the installation crew was able to finish the job. The installers arrived at the scheduled time, and the foreman walked me through how he saw the installation going. I felt he respected my time, and they got right to work. They laid mats or runners down throughout the entire house to protect flooring, and counters. They were very efficient in the time they had the windows out and the new windows installed. I thought it would dramatically drop the temp in the house as the install was being done in January, but the furnace hardly ran they had the new windows in the openings so quick. Just because they had them in quick doesn't mean the just slapped them in. No, they took their time to ensure the windows fit properly, were plumb and aligned. I was very worried about the stucco on my house being damaged, but had no issues at all. I am so glad to have those old, moldy, rotten wood, single pane windows out and the new energy efficient ones in place. I've included before, during and after pictures from one room as reference. The windows have operated flawlessly for the last year, and I have used them quite often. Winter and summer and in between they are so nice to have. I would hire these guys again if I needed to, but I replaced every window this time so don't expect to be doing it anytime soon, unless I move.
