Had a new bay window, a new door and sidelight, and 6 other windows supplied and/or installed in a 1950s home. There were a few issues due to changing ownership communications I think but they were great about it all.

Crew was good for each of the three installs they did. Cleaned up pretty good and the final product is great.

Honest and reasonable to deal with. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Excellent work and service! Glad we went with them to replace all windows in our house! One window cracked due to pressure changes and they were so great… no questions asked, reordered the window and replaced it within three months. Excellent service!

We had 21 windows replaced last week along with the front door/side light. Andy’s team spent 3 full days at our home. They were very professional and cleaned up daily. We have fancy window trim inside and on the exterior. They did a fantastic job of removing and reinstalling all the trim work...very little touch up painting required. Highly recommend!

Andy and the Mikes came out to replace our two northern facing upper windows with new high efficient ones. They had great communication. Were very respectful of our house and family. The little things of taking off their shoes in the house and vacuuming up after themselves are just the little things that count towards great service. Super thankful we went with them and will go back for our next window upgrade.

Provincial installed a new front entry door and a new patio door for us. Very happy with the finished product! Everyone from the front office staff to the install crew were great to deal with. If we ever need doors, or windows, in the future Provincial will definitely be our first call!
