We had a small water damage claim from a leaking plumbing fixture. Initial response was adequate. Although, the quote was very high in my mind. Tradespeople were good. The drywaller messed up the carpets and the cleaners were unable to remove the stains. The scope of work was reduced from the proposal. They were to send a corrected invoice for my approval and they did not do that. Instead, they charged my credit card on file. They still have not resolved the carpet stain issue. They do not return calls or respond to emails.

Update October 10, 2024. The circumstances leading to my displeasure with the services provided are unfortunate, and I leave those comments stand. The Pro-Claim team came to my home last week and reviewed the shortfalls with me. They were very considerate, listened to my concerns and promised to get back to me by the end of this week. They reached out and offered a settlement for the shortfalls as promised. I am accepting their offer as I believe it is fair and their efforts to make good by the situation are welcomed. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes and to that end change the review from one star to five. I have spend a lifetime in a service industry and understand and appreciate how difficult it is to recover from a failure such as this. Well done Pro-Claim.

Recently, Pro Claim changed our hard wood floor and fixed the ceiling. From beginning to end, they did excellent jobs! Robert and Sam were so professional. We are so thankful pro claim did the jobs not someone else!

Pro-Claim Restoration responded quickly to water leaking from a pipe in our townhome. Their technician, Armando, immediately brought fans to dry out the moisture and gave us excellent guidance on how to remediate the problem.

Athough we initially felt our final invoice was too high due to the charges for travel time, we were able to negotiate a final payment amount which we felt was fair.

I appreciated the Rob reaching out to us to ensure that we were satisfied customers. He assured us that the company is reviewing travel time charges for future customers.

One star is too generous.

I had a very frustrating experience with Claim Pro. Their work was incomplete, and instead of addressing the issues, they chose to shift blame rather than find solutions. The lack of accountability and professionalism left me deeply unsatisfied. I would not recommend their services. Stay away at all costs!
