Very challenging experience.
We placed a decent sized order in advance of our tradeshow.
The items were shipped to the wrong place, jeopardizing the timeline. It was a multiple person, multiple day to get things organized. It turns out the items never left the warehouse.

Once we eventually received all the items, there were incorrect items and missing items. It is now 6 months later and this has not been rectified, so we are still missing tent covers and we still have the incorrect trolleys.

I have emailed several times about this and have not received a response.

They know how to waste someone’s time and effort. I went for an interview, it went well and they called me for training. By that time I was sure that they hired me and I stopped applying for other jobs and cancelled upcoming interviews.

At the training, I was shown how the company works. After the training, manager told me that she will send me the offer after 2 days but they never did and I followed up too but they never called me back.

They could have told me if I was not qualified or was not selected but no communication was just not right to me and unprofessional. Thank you anyway for wasting my time and effort.

Fast, professional, correct! I needed 10 customized cooking aprons in less than a week and they delivered. The product was good, the service was stellar and the timeline was faster than what I needed which was awesome. Would recommend them, will use them again.

This was the worst transaction i have ever had to deal with, when they finished the job and everything was crooked and out of place, they said it would have took twice as long and cost double for that quality. So word to the wise, if you want consistency and quality you have to ask for it so they can charge you extra. and when they can not meet your quality expectations they will just cease all communication and boot you out the door.

Dave was very helpful with catering to our time sensitive order. Although a hiccup occurred with delivery, they were able to still manage a way to get us our end product.
