My phone now has a rattle. Took my iPhone (not working) there for diagnosis knowing ahead of drop-off that it was neither the battery or screen at issue. They said they’d have a look and we’d go from there. Got a call a few days later saying they couldn’t identify an issue as it wasn’t the screen or battery with a problem. I knew this ahead of time and told them that when I initially dropped it off. Had I known all they were going to check was the screen and battery I wouldn’t have brought it in for a disgnosis. After examining my iPhone, it appears to have a slight rattle in the upper half near the earpiece/camera. Disappointed, however the diagnostic was not charged.

Couldn't be more pleased.I am old & not tech savvy at all .I needed to change tablet & phone from Android to Apple .Nothing intuitive in that process for me.They were quick & spent a lot of time getting me set up which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.
I appreciated their patience .The bill was incredibly reasonable.
I have not found some other tech services very helpful so I would heartedly recommend this business

This is now the 3rd time I’ve used the services of this local company. This time it was to purchase a used iPhone. It was reasonably priced and the transfer of my old cell’s data was meticulously transferred. In spite the lengthy time required.
Although the staff has changed to now Venkat & Shiffin the quality of the client service has remained the same. Both of them were quite knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I will continue to highly recommend this company and especially it’s staff.

We received top quality, immediate service from both George, Store Manager and Mahesh, a staff member in training for their Campbell River store. We needed to repair an ever decreasing cell phone notification sound on my spouse’s iPhone 11.
They both had really good diagnostic and technical skills.
They promptly resolved the problem of an iPhone Update.
They also did not charge us for their time and service.

This is the second time I’ve used this local company for cell phone services and both times have been more than satisfied with skills and attentiveness.
We will continue to use their knowledgeable services in the future and would highly recommend this team.

The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about iPhones The repair was fast, courteous and multiple inexpensive options were given. I could not have been happier when I left the shop after the repair was done. The best place to go for cell phone repairs in Duncan.

I emailed about a question and with in 5 minutes I had a response, I brought the phone in and within a day he had the problem identified and let me know the problems and fixed them quickly. He let me know the prices in advance and had amazing customer service. I spent ~$380 to have my screen repaired, and have a new microphone piece installed

I had the same procedure with apple and they were going to charge me over $400 and if they found hints of water damage it'd be about $800. I highly recommend

I took my iPhone 8 to Duncan Cell Phone Tech to repair a cracked screen. George was very helpful and said it would be ready in two hours since he was already working on a repair on another phone. It was actually ready in 1 1/2 hours, but he was unable to let me know because he had my phone. The repair was well done, and he also fitted a screen protector, so the phone now looks like new. I was pleased with the price and the repair and would happily go back if I needed similar work done.
