Service was lovely. 10/10. The employees at this location are fun and relatable while still remaining professional. I went in looking to set myself up with a new phone plan, and although they had a couple hiccups that resulted in me having to wait a little bit (which really wasn't that long at all), they were super friendly and apologetic. I told them what I wanted, and they set me up with exactly what I needed with no fuss at all. Overall, my experience at this location was excellent, and I would recommend it to anybody.

Tiffany was amazing! So helpful. Helped me set up a new account as well as switching my cell phone plan over. Despite her being there all alone and so many people coming in with endless questions and issues, she remained professional and so knowledgeable. You should give this girl a raise, holding down everything as well as she does!

I went in and Sherie said hello how can I help. I had a problem with my Apple watch which was still attached to an old phone that I had turned in. She unpaired it for me. She is very pleasant.

When we arrived @ the store Sam was the only one working and handled the volume well. We decided to return when less busy. As we returned Sam was available and assisted us promptly. Sam is very knowledgeable and recognized our needs and met them accordingly. We had a very pleasant experience with Sam.

They were great - Wes went beyond his job and connected my new phone to my car as he could see it would be a problem for me.
He did not try to sell me anything I did not want as all I wanted was the most basic phone I could find. Fully recommend this outlet.

Went in the get help with a Telus Health product an hour before close and Tiffany stayed with us till a little after close to help us get it working. Went the extra mile, we also have our phones from this location as well
