We were very fortunate to have had the professionalism and expertise of Camila Lyons, (of Alva Design) all for a very fair price, to draft the blueprints for our unique home in Raymond. With every stage she was in contact with the builder and trades people, to always be certain building codes were met, and the Town of Raymond's bi-laws. We did inconvenience her with some changes to the design, but she was always responsive to our messages and pleasantly agreeable to any adjustments we made, as well, with the issue of blueprints, she displayed the placement of furniture, appliances, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom fixtures, availing us to purchases these items ahead of the house's completion.
It was a very pleasant experience working with Camila and her team in making our home.
