They were prompt and professional when I started working with them early this year however, they are not these days. I have been working with them on completing an extra provincial registration for my company in Atlantic Canada. They messed up with the application to the provincial government causing unprecedented delays in the registration process. I would like them to fix the errors and resubmit the application however, they keep promising for past 3 weeks that someone will look at it. I have lost my trust in them. They say they will look into my file however, they absolutely have no intention to do so. I am exploring ways now to make them accountable for what they have done and what they have promised to do for the money that I paid them. I would suggest customers to deal with corporate lawyers directly rather than wasting their time and money dealing with this company.

I called the number that the owner listed. Staff keep saying they will have the manager look at it. This is a big SCAM that everyone should stay away from. It's north worth your money and time!!

Customer Service Nightmare: Lack of Accountability
Trying to get a hold of someone at BRC is like pulling teeth. Their customer service is non-existent, and they don't care about resolving issues. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually values its customers.
