I had an extremely disappointing experience with Online Business Registry. Initially, they promised to handle everything smoothly, including ensuring my company key would be sent to my business email address. However, when the time came to deliver, they completely failed to follow through.

After confirming with the government that the email had already been sent to them, I reached out for assistance. Instead of promptly forwarding the email as requested, they insisted on charging an additional fee for something that was their oversight in the first place. Their customer service rep, Abigail, offered vague and unhelpful solutions, such as contacting Service Ontario or filing an initial return manually, rather than taking responsibility for the issue.

What’s worse, during our phone conversations, they would promise whatever was needed to keep me satisfied at the moment, but when it came to action, they backpedaled and avoided accountability. This bait-and-switch approach is frustrating and unprofessional.

I chose this service because of their supposed reputation for reliability, even though other firms offered better pricing. Sadly, they’ve proven themselves to be neither reliable nor client-focused. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Soon after I submitted my online application for business registration, I was shocked to receive an email from an agent named Brianna. Not only that, she later called me to verify everything before issuing my document. I ended up asking a lot of extra questions which she very patiently and courteously responded to.
