Like many business owners, I've been vaguely aware I was failing to properly leverage social media and online marketing to its fullest potential over the last several years. Kevin and Alissa not only helped instigate a variety of new avenues for online marketing, they also helped *me* to get excited about sharing my business/products with customers in a way I haven't felt in years.
Both of them repeatedly undertook complex new projects on behalf of my business, and made consistently accurate decisions with minimal oversight. I simply did not have the time to jumpstart and then babysit a variety of new marketing projects, but fortunately by working with these two, I didn't have to.

My initial concerns with "spending money ineffectively" or "coming across as inauthentic" were immediately placated in my introductory conversations with Kevin and Alissa. Working with "genuine" people, helped me feel confident they would portray my brand in a "genuine" way!
Over the holiday period this past year, we were able to reach more people despite decreasing trends of engagement across platforms. As competition for meaningful customer-impressions increases, it has felt increasingly critical to be working with a team like Mycelium Marketing.

Lastly, it is worth noting, Kevin and Alissa have been incredibly communicative and available, happy to engage in regular phone calls, and on-call when time-sensitive decisions need to be made. Most importantly, they have been fantastic about initiating communication and reporting -- saving me from need to "check up" on their activities or decisions. I've always felt like I know what's happening with my business's "face to the community", and any time I've wanted to provide input, or seek clarification, the Mycelium team has been quick to be in contact.

I hesitate to provide such a glowing review, but only because I want these guy's all to myself 😉
They are an amazing power-couple who's positive impact on my business in the last 6 months can't be overstated.

They have been great about any changes I have requested since the initial build and usually the changes happen within a few days or less.

Kevin and Alissa were able to take my vision through a couple of meetings to develop the concept. Then from the time of the go-ahead to execution with the new website live was just over a week.

Communication throughout the process was great, professional and very helpful. They also created a few tutorial videos to help me use some of the new theme modules and plug-ins that the WordPress site utilized.

I would recommend them to anyone needed a simple or complex website.
