My husband and I had a prenatal class with Kate and it was amazing. She was able to come to our house and did a one on one class which was so nice as it made it very easy to ask all of our silly questions. Kate is so well informed and up to date. I also had Kate help me with lactation services after I had my baby. I was shocked and overwhelmed by how hard breastfeeding was at the beginning and Kate was so helpful. I can't recommend her services enough!

Kate’s attention to our family’s individual needs has been amazing. She is available for all of my questions and a constant source of support for me as a mom! I feel like I have my life back! I am able to spend quality time with my husband and my toddler because I invested in Kate and my daughter to teach her the necessary sleep skills she needs. I didn’t do this with my son, and I sure wish I had!!! Annabelle is growing so much and sleeping so well! My husband works nights so I’m left alone for bedtime a lot, and prior to having Kate’s sleep plan for Annabelle, those nights were so stressful and exhausting for me. Not anymore!!! This little girl naps like a champ and sleeps the whole night through 90% of our days, from only 4 months old! Honestly I would have paid double for what Kate has given us!

Working with Kate was a game changer for our daughter. Starting at 14 weeks, Kate developed a customized sleep plan for Charlie and walked side by side with us through milestones and regressions. She was available 24/7 to answer any questions. We appreciated her support so very much. Our now 6 month old daughter sleeps 2 hours in the AM, 2 hours in the afternoon and has a 30 minute cat nap consistently every day. With Kate’s help, Charlie has slept through the night starting at 4 months. We are able to get adequate rest so we are refreshed and able to give the best of ourselves to our well slept, beautiful daughter. Would absolutely, 100% recommend!

My husband and I had an awesome hands on informative prenatal session with Kate! I would highly recommend her. The class was hands on, and was one on one so it was geared towards our main concerns regarding prenatal care!

The one on one classes made it easier for people who may be shy or not want to speak up in large classes. Kate helped open the doors for me regarding antenatal hand expression and has been a great resource for us in the weeks leading up to delivery!

I reached out to Kate when I saw she was offering sleep consultation because I had worked with her in the past and knew she was wonderful and knowledgeable!

When I reached out to her I did it with a lot of “Will Nots”. I knew what I knew from my training as a professional but I desperately needed help for my 2 year olds sleep nor should I say lack of sleep. I knew Kate would not only have some answers for me but also be able to give me direction in an educated, full picture kind of way, and I was not disappointed!

I feel like she was super open to what I believed I could and couldn’t do and honest about how those things would play into our plan. I think that’s what people need. They need knowledge and information and open communication and then to figure out what works best for them, and I feel like Kate rolled with it all and helped us find our balance.

Kate was an immediate source of support and knowledge that I needed SO MUCH as a new mom. I didn’t know, how much I didn’t know about babies ! Days after having my son, I went into overdrive and read nonstop on topics like sleep and breastfeeding. It was exhausting on top of already feeling empty. It seemed second nature to Kate that she was easily able to provide so many answers to me, and also continued to check in on me and my family. I remember the relief of being able to have one very trusting source, rather than receiving contradicting information from the internet. She truly got me through days that I can only admit now, were very difficult, when all I wanted was to bond with my baby. She helped me be a better mama, something that is an inherit gift.
