Carstar in Hanna is very detail oriented with excellent customer service. All my vehicles have paint protection film and Line-X applied in very specific ways. They had a fine eye for the details and added the products back on just as I had originally had them installed. These products were re-installed with no effort on my part. Where previous auto body shops have had me do the leg work on the Line-X. My car was restored and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. They did a final walk around of my vehicle with me and discussed in details repairs that had been made and answered all of my questions. This is a level of service I have never received at another auto body shop. I will use them for all future incidents.

Stopped in on the way to Calgary because of some screws that came loose on my skid plate. Ryan took a look at my car right away and tightened and replaced the screws. We were on the highway again in under 15 minutes. Excellent service!

We had our truck into the shop this past summer for some insurance work. Ryan, Kari and staff were outstanding. With getting us booked in, setting us up with a rental and keeping us up to date with repairs, they went above and beyond. The repairs were done timely and done well. I’ve had plenty of experience with plenty of body shops! So I speak with experience saying the workmanship, and character over at Hanna Carstar is top quality. Its the only place I’ll have my trucks repaired. In the past 7 years, I’ve had 5 trucks repaired by Ryan, Gary, and the rest of the team at Carstar. Nobody likes to have a wreck I know, but the folks over there at Carstar sure make the process a lot easier to get through. I’ve had such outstanding work done on my trucks there. I’ve had every one of my trucks towed there on my own dime if the insurance company won’t pay for it. For the simple fact. I know the guys won’t give me my truck back until it’s perfect, and above my expectations! And my expectations are high
Personalized service is hard to find now a days I think. But it’s a common practice from Ryan, Gary , and the entire team at Hanna Carstar. To the point of they have sent me pictures of the progress of my truck every few day, just to let me know they care, and I mean something to them as a loyal customer. Ive stopped in for a coffee many times, and just asked about small things, like a scratch, or a paint blemish. All I wanted was an opinion, nope! “ No Problem Wes! Pull it inside here, just take us a couple minutes to solve that for you” THAT is customer service!
