I’ve been to a fair few phone/tech shops in my time but this was easily the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in one. The owner Zach was extremely friendly and relaxed and provided just what I was after, an iPhone 12 with 96% battery life and no scratches for a very reasonable price. Not often you walk out of an experience like that and think wow what a great service. Nice one Zach, thank you for starting open late for us on a Saturday and for making phone buying experience completely stress free. Highly recommend. Jim and Nicole

Well, as you now know. I got an unexpected gift for my gift birthday. My cell phone quit working. I was very disappointed.
But we went to to see Zack, at Cellphone Expert. Zack took care of the problem. He was able to get me cellphone and get me reconnected within minutes. Zack, I want to thank you again for the great service, you're awesome!

The guy who fixed our phones was nice but major downfalls. We brought in Samsung phones to be fixed, yes they are fixed but we recently found out that knock off(aftermarket screen) which is compatible with 22 ultra note, you buy it for 102$ but very low quality compared to the OLED screen which cost around (250$ for the screen) when the original is available but charged us what you would for the OLED. How we found out was " battery in one of the phones swelled so we went to someone local, he showed us the differences and the website" The screen edges do not fit perfectly and the grey tinge when on low brightness isn't normal due to the knock off screen and the edges are rounded instead is squared, you also loose a little more off your screen due to the bordering" Also replaced screws with longer ones on some so the screws do not fit flush. Second phone, same thing but screws are fine but the volume button doesn't work since we got it fixed. Third phones (iPhone) screen doesn't fit properly and has alot of Chips all around from him changing the screen. Do not go here, that's 3\3 phones that were not done properly. Our local guy has not fixed my phone yet but has ordered A battery, the proper battery is not in stock, showed us and we are okay with that for now. Communication is key, if your clients have a choice between parts please let them know and offer a way lower rate and explain it. But than offer a lower charge that matches lower quality and cheaper product. Your rate to fix is your rate not an issue. We paid alot to fix our Samsung's expecting OLED with the price. You could get away with it because your customers won't notice the differences or think it's in their heads.

Dealt with Zac. He's friendly, efficient, has THE best pricing, and does quality work. I've tried lots of other places in Grande Prairie; this is the place to go. 10/10!
