This past August, we decided to sell our home and listed with Team Shillington. Being seniors, we found home ownership becoming to much for us to physically upkeep , not to mention more expensive in general. Gregg and Brett came out and they felt confident in setting a price for our home. At first, I was a little dubious about the amount they set but sure enough, three days later it sold. Shawn was a great realtor. He helped me identify the immediate repairs and upgrades I could do to improve my asking price and recommended a local contractor who was able to do the estimate and start almost immediately.
