Our experience with UB is always nothing but exceptional.
All staff are amazing but Nicole has been our go to person for a few years. We have lots of laughs, she lets us move around the furniture so we can visualize what it will look like at home.
She truly gives her honest opinion.
I love shopping UB but I think my husband secretly loves it just as much.

Kinda pricey, but the build and material quality is there, and they use actual hardwoods, not just cheap veneer or faux wood!🤢 Picked up some great shelving and picture frames.😃

Katrina was fabulous to work with! I was a bit lost with how to plan out my living room and she helped me basically design the space. She recommended placement of furniture, sizes of pieces, places of coffee/side tables, size of area rug, and made sure there’d be enough walking space throughout! She also told me about different variations of the furniture they don’t have in store that we could order (different sizes, fabrics, leg colors, etc). She was super friendly and so helpful, definitely go see her if you’re in need of furniture or decor!
