From front desk staff to the back are the kindest people. The techs are very knowledgeable and efficient. Had to have an unexpected ultrasound after mammogram and on short notice they took me in. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had two ultrasounds in one day. Both technicians were absolutely lovely humans! They both walked me through the process, and engaged in Conversation that was uplifting.

I’ve actually been here several times over the last 18 years, through two pregnancies, and many health diagnostics, and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience.

I wish they were more child friendly, a lot of places have kids activity cubes or something but they don’t like when you bring kids. I also think maybe not the best photos compared to what I’m used to in B.C. I find the front desk ladies really kind and helpful though. I also enjoy the little card you get to hold your ultrasound photo. I’m probably going to have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket for a good photo.
