Ordered a phone on jan 2. Was told it would take a week or so to come in. Waited two. No call no nothing from the company as to why its already doubled in time taken. Went to the store in person to ask. Was told a manager would call the next day with an ETA. No call since. 0 accountability and very unprofessional. May be willing to remove this review if i am given a very, very good explanation as to why this is taking forever. Especially when i said specifically that my bring it back was nearing its date. Mind blown at the extraordinarily bad service. If i could write a 0 star review i would. If i am charged my bring it back price due to this then ill happily take whatever step possible to sort this out a different way than just a review.

Associate was very friendly and able to get my phone upgraded with no issues. My only negative was:

I had to engage first with the employees. Nobody greeted me when I first walked in. But..after that slight hicvup, it was smooth sailing.

Grande prairie mall - too long wait time waited almost more than half an hour to get service. One of employee was busy talking with other people … extremely bad service….

I went in to buy a phone case and they wanted picture ID. Then phone case was almost twice as much as bell or online. Walked out laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. Was thinking about switching to Telus but not now.

Worse tell us store ,poor service, over charging their customers seeking to charge you more in order to get more incentives in their pay check old fashion method. I switched from telus to kodoo and they charge me 36$ when I ask them why and asked for the bill I found it was a device set up( they didn't set no device). Other give you incentives because you switched to their service and those charged you more and more . Especially extra brown tax .

Absolute BS. No answers to any questions I had regarding my newly added Telus services… I was given a 1800 number and unapologetic service. She even helped another customer while dealing with me. I regret getting service from Telus/koodo.. such bad service. Brutal

I went in to get my new phone and was overjoyed by the customer service I received from Craig, he was kind, bubbly and patient with me despite my indecision. He explained everything clearly and took his time to ensure I understood. He was also just real cool 😎

Martha was amazing! Helped me get the best deal upgrading my phone. She was super patient and kind ! The rest of the team at the prairie mall location were also very pleasant to deal with. Also was a much more positive vibe in the store than it has been in the past !
