This is so disappointing! I received my package, but the package delivered was for someone else completely! I couldn't get anyone on the phone and so I took the package to the shipping ceneter here in GP and was told the manager would contact me, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Their call center is so busy its hours before you can talk to anyone because of the holiday season and the Canada post strike. How does a delivery driver not pay attention to the address of the package they are delivering!!!!

Businesses should not use this deliver service! Drivers do not even attempt to deliver packages. Received an email stating they attempted delivery, but they did not. I live in a condo and they need to buzz to get in, which goes straight to my phone. No call was logged. Talk about lazy. Building manager has seen this occur on multiple occasions. They just stick paper up saying they were here and leave without attempting to contact residents. Fire these drivers and hire competent people!

The worst service ever. Every time there are some issues with their delivery. They either lost my package, or they arrived, knocked on the door, and by the time I got downstairs and opened the door, they were already getting into their car and didn't even bother to come back and give me my package. I had to drive to them to pick it up, and they constantly have delays. And the most ridiculous thing is when they failed to deliver the package, citing the weather, even though there was only light snow. It's terrible!!!!

Puralotar sucks.
It showed that we made a attemp but reciver unavailble but they did not call and did not coming to my location i was waiting from morning becauss i had a window from my room. They just did it on system without any attempt like they did it on home saying we made attemp they did not call and did not made attempt just update in the system from home

Terrible service. they refuse to deliver to our location because someone supposedly was mean to them 3 years ago! Won't even send another driver. If a package is delivered to them for us, they don't call- they just send it back. Tried talking to head office, they said they would get the GP manager to call us. It's been 6 months-no response! Terrible service, avoid if you can

Leah REFUSES to accept CASH after 5 pm. Very unprofessional, I was treated very disrespectfully. She got mad, raised her voice, and laughed in my face when she told me to come back the next day. I didn't have a bank card on me. The company says it is open until 6 pm. Website says ACCEPTING cash online. Leah has a terrible attitude and has given us a disrespectful, unprofessional service. I highly suggest avoiding this location. Our company shipping will be taken care of by a different courier. Purolator's customer service is atrocious!

Poor customer service. All team members were agitated and disorganized. When dropping off packages at their Grande Prairie location, be prepared to wait and be spoken to angrily even when unprovoked. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but customers need to be prepared when entering this establishment.
