Exceptional service, quality products and friendly professional staff. I ordered 9 new casement windows in July 2024 as my old slider windows had build up of frost every winter which impacted my home warmth, health and pocket book. The windows were installed in September by wonderful professional staff who answered all of my questions and did a great job. I really noticed a difference in the warmth of my house especially this month of November which has been very cold- my heating bills are lower, my house is comfortable, warm and air quality has never been better and I have not been sick yet this year (I am usually sick in November every year). When I ordered my windows, I left two original windows because they were never opened so I thought they were fine- last week, I noticed ice build up and they were cold when I passed them- I quickly called window mart, they called back in 10 minutes and scheduled a home visit in 3 business days. Wish I would have replaced them all at once but am happy to receive my last two new windows in the new year. The windows are high quality, the 25 year warranty is unbeatable and the customer service outstanding. I would highly recommend for anyone with older windows, especially very inefficient slider windows which collect ice, mold and moisture too well, to replace with casement windows, its essential in a cold climate which we live in up here in Grande Prairie.

Amazing service. Extremely happy with the outcome. We had received quotes from other companies to replace some windows in our home and none of them went above like Window Mart did. They explained everything so it was made clear what they would do. None of the other companies even offered explanations or options. The quotes were pretty similar but our experience with the Window Mart was above average so that’s how we decided. Fast forward to installation day. Impeccable service. I’ve never seen a contractor leave a place so clean. I consider myself a clean freak and I was impressed with how clean they left my house. They were also respectful of items I missed getting out of their way and moved them for me. I would highly recommend Window Mart.

I have Window Mart installed windows and doors for me for a few projects already in Grande Prairie and Wembley. Vitalie is an onest and informative manager. He always takes time to explain the differences and inform me about the existing incentives. GP Window Mart show room is set up well, lots of doors and different windows exposed. Alex was my installer last week, he is truly professional. I where wandering about the stucco walls, no rips and tears after installation. Vacuumed the work area and cleaned all garbage behind him.
I love their Tilt and Turn windows, egress aprooved. No doubt, when I need more windows or doors, Window Mart only: good products, best price, best warranty, best service, local company, always answering the phone. Highly recommend.
