Breakfast service is not fast, went inside and ordered through the kiosk. 8 of us were waiting for food and drinks and the only line moving was drive thru. I ordered my coffee and 2 hashbrowns at 6:15 and did not receive my order till 6:46. When I did finally receive my coffee it was made wrong. I had ordered a double double and I received a black coffee with a double double receipt sticker stuck to the cup. There was no attention to the order. This is not the first time the wait I side has been this long and this is why I'm leaving the review. Consistently slow wait times is not what a fast food place should be known for.

Tried to give them another try the next day and again I'm stuck waiting over 20 minutes for an order while they have an empty drive thru. The 2 employees there would rather stand there are stare than look at their screens to see what ordered were there. I was the only guest in store and it took over 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns. Managment needs to be taught how to train employees to do better.

If you’re stopping in AFTER 11pm, and the TEENAGERS are still working, just leave. every single time without fail, they are always fooling around in the kitchen, you can hear it when they open the window, sometimes through the window. also without fail, the burgers are always not properly cooked, or way overcooked, i’ve thrown away at least 5 burgers (separate times) because of it. not to mention the attitude from a couple of them.
Another thing. there have been numerous times where i’ve asked for a specific “cafe” item. and instead of telling me they don’t have it, before or after taking my order, they give me something totally different and not what i asked for. i would rather not spend my money on something i didn’t order or want.
Would only recommend stopping around lunch time, even then depends on the people working… not too thrilled with the hires!
Only reason this is two stars is cause THE ADULTS PULL THE WEIGHT.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD.

went back after awhile, expecting a change (also because no other fast food place is open late.) The teenagers aren’t even the issue anymore. this place just overall SUCKS. NEVER SHOULDVE OPENED.
i am severely disappointed with how much sauce was on the burger, and again, it was undercooked.
don’t get me wrong i love a lot of sauce, but it was at the point where the wrapper was ripping. it is absolutely EVERYWHERE and i just opened it. probably to cover the fact that it wasn’t cooked.
i don’t mind waiting an extra 5 minutes if it means my food is made properly.

i cant add a picture since this is an edit, but trust me you’d be surprised too.
what a way to rip someone off.

i changed my stars and will not be going back.

Worst experience ever. Staff member refused (twice) to help me order at the kiosk. I tried 3 kiosks and could not get it to take my order. I asked if I could order at the cash register and was told no. Even though 3 staff were not busy in the back. So I left and went next door to Tim Hortons where a human being was happy to take my order. And my money.

You have lost a long term customer.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Was disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in this McDonald’s. garbages were overflowing and bathrooms not clean. Managers attitude was unprofessional and when brought to his attention that the size of our habanero chicken sandwich was extremely small and was the size of a large chicken nugget there was no refund or fixing anything for us..just said they are like that. Wouldn’t waste your money or time eating here.

I stopped for breakfast and ordered a bagel belt… mass confusion took 10 minutes to wait on fresh hash browns….. bagels were rock hard and had no egg!! lettuce and tomato looked like it was left on the counter for a week and the hash browns were cold soggy and full of grease….. will never stop at that location again

Used to be a good little spot to hit on the way to work everything was always fresh disgusting know tho everythings always old and been under the heat lamp for way to long chucked everything out the window was pissed lol won't be stopping there again haha

3 days in a row I asked for a double double. Pretty simple. They couldn’t get it right.
They said their sugar dispenser had clumps in it but they fixed it. 2nd time I waited 5 MINUTES (with NO ONE in front of me) for coffee. Then it sucked - no sugar! so went back in to get it fixed. They apologized and poured me another one while I used the rest room. Then they weren’t sure where it was. Waited ANOTHER 5 minutes. Bunch of kids with no adults LEADING and TEACHING.
Like chickens with their heads cut off.
3rd time I thought surely they’ll get it right. I even joked that the sugar dispenser better be fixed lol. Oh we will have a great double double for you, they said.
Just coffee and cream in this 3rd and last coffee.

3 days
3 different staff members.
If you can’t get a coffee right, EVER, how can I trust ANYTHING else from this restaurant!?
Never going back.
I’ll be paying a bit more at Tim Hortons next door.
