Lonni and the rest of the team at First Impressions are fantastic. The customer service and the quality of their products are excellent! I have tried a couple of other companies in town, and First Impressions beats them in quality, customer service and price! I would highly recommend checking them out for all of your corporate apparel needs : ) I attached a couple of photos, but the patches look much better in person!

We have been using First Impressions for many years. We do all of our name tags, t-shirts and gifts to our clients or team members. We deal with Sam. She responds most of the time immediately. If she can't within 24 hours. They totally understand urgency and never question it. Just ordered t-shirts last week asking that they be done in a week. I got them in less than a week. Highly recommend First Impression. Quality products and exceptional service!

Everything we've had made through First Impressions has been top of the line, clean stitching and solid final products. Prices are better than competitive for the work they do and their salespeople make sure they spend as much time as it takes with you to make sure that you're happy with their product.

Unfortunately everything i have gotten from here has broken first use. The same item many times. Doesnt seem like quality craftsmanship. Also, womens sizes are VERY small - 2xl = L anywhere else. Receptionist is friendly though.
