Yes. Those 5 stars are not a joke. It is real and absolutely deserved!
My wife and I got married and began a spousal sponsorship. Not knowing what to do and afraid we would make mistakes, we looked through Calgary to find a reputable office that would help us. The Way Immigration is who we chose based on the 5 stars they had on Google. I took a read through the reviews to make sure they seemed legit (and they were), and made an appointment.

Fran helped us initially. She was extremely friendly and helpful from the start, outlining what is expected of us as well as what fees we will likely pay based on just how involved I wanted this office to be. My wife and I chose to go the full amount and have them assist us every step of the way instead of mere consultation.

From there, I was helped by Gina, who had constant communication with me whenever there was something important that needed to be done. Everything was handled through e-mail and was professional, but also casual in a way where it felt like you were talking with a real person that cared rather than a robot with cold responses.

For almost an entire year, November to November, they have walked me through every step, provided all the necessary documents, offered advice and recommendations, and were always available to answer questions. And now, I can finally say that the process has come to an end and I have become an official Permanent Resident of Canada!

So I want to thank everyone at The Way Immigration, especially Gina, Fran, and Marlene for everything! Everything that could have been incredibly stressful was made as stress free as possible thanks to you.
