I contacted Derksen Construction with regards to adding insulation to the exterior walls of my home and putting on new siding. They were great to speak with over the phone and asked me to email in the information about my home (the upgrades were happening through the Canada Greener Homes Grant program) which I did as soon as I hung up the call. Unfortunately I never heard from them again and ended up using an alternative contractor for the project.

I had Derksen construction pour my cement floor in my garage. They were very professional and organized and did the job well above my expectations. I have worked framing houses in the Edmonton area and it is well known amongst carpenters that the cement people always seem to have problems with their work. Cement is an extremely heavy and unforgiving product to work with.

They must treat their crew well because they all seem to have worked for Derksen's for quite some time. They knew their stuff and didn't need to be told how to do their job. Many companies in the High Level area are having trouble holding on to their crew.
