Came in on the 18th of November with my partner and the store keeper was nothing but nice and friendly with us helped us find our goods and helped us find beautiful spots around jasper.
Overall has great products and great prices with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend stopping by even just to say hi.

I needed assistance getting a battery for a digital camera to. Wouldn't work with any charger I had.
I got double teamed and they spent about a half hour on line and figuring things out.
I went to lunch a d came back. It was fixed.
I made them sell me the charger they used.
THESE GUYS WERE THE BEST.

We came in needing a Canon battery charger. Matt gave good advice and found us the very thing we needed at a good price. We shopped a bit for some art/souvenirs and overheard Matt helping some customers with a difficult technical problem. Carefully explaining their various options and risks, he seemed passionate patient and knowledgeable. A great store with great stuff and a great staff.

Forgot my camera battery charger back in the states and my camera died 2 days into our trip. We arrived in Jasper on day 5 and found this store through researching. Walked right in and asked for assistance finding the battery charger. And he pulled one right out from behind the counter! He asked if we wanted to try it out before purchasing and I went and got my camera battery and plugged it in. Sure enough it worked! He went over the different features of the charger as well. Excellent help and staff!

Came in to get some souvenirs from Jasper as I live in Edmonton. They have beautiful artwork from local artists which I really recommend. I ended up getting a couple paintings which totalled around 150$. Even at that price it was still worth it!

Great place for everything photography wither digital or film, I shoot mostly 35mm and the team here as always been amazing with developing. Great quality and quick turn around, I dropped off a C-41 Colour roll and got my photos back in under 24 hours

My battery died on my camera and I hadn't brought a spare. I was able to purchase a replacement battery as mine was most likely defective. They charged my new battery for a nominal fee of $7 and even charged the old battery for free, just because he had the time. Very helpful, nice staff, lots of battery options.

I noticed a black dot in the pictures I took with my camera, always in the same spot. Staff in this shop knew what to do and he quickly removed the problematic black dot. I went to SkyTram afterwards and climbed up the mountain while taking pictures that don't have the disturbing dot thanks to him!
