4 nuits à oublier très vite..nous étions loger au 227 à côté de 4 moteurs très bruyants. face au local des employés fumeurs qui ne nous permettait pas de d ouvrir le store car nous n avions aucune intimité dans la chambre ...le vis à vis était très gênant. Notre séjour fut un véritable enfer.

Nous avions retenu cet hôtel il y a 6 mois..qu'elle surprise en arrivant dans la chambre, une suite ...avec salon et tu , cuisine, chambre séparée et salle de douché, le tout super propre! Merci au staff! Hôtel complètement rénovété, style Mississipi, petit casino .||Le tout au centre ville non animé mais calme.enfin à conseiller

Das Hotel an sich ist nicht schlecht, Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, modernes Bad mit mit Duschkabine, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, alles sauber. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage für das gesamte Hotel direkt vor unserem Fenster untergebracht, offensichtlich hatten wir das schlechteste Zimmer im Hotel. Die Anlage wummerte Tag und Nacht mit vollem Lärm (71 Dezibel nach eigener App-Messung). Wir konnten nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen. Das ist ganz schön frech so ein Zimmer (Zimmer 227) mit Dauerbeschallung überhaupt zu vermieten.

Booked the "Hollywood Suite" for our wedding anniversary for 2 nights. Of the several luxury suites, we selected this one as it had a large tub and cozy fireplace. The room itself is nicely appointed and clean. However, we are currently laying here at 7am, being awoken by the incredibly loud and relentless stomping from the suites above us that we decided to ignore at 10 last night. We discovered last night as well, that the cute and cozy fireplace didn't work. We contacted the front desk who to their credit, promptly attended and attempted to get it working to no avail. Unfortunately, maintenance had already gone home for the day. So, after being awoken at 6am by aforementioned stomping, we contacted the front desk to see if it is possible to switch rooms (preferably with a working fireplace)since we have another night booked here, mentioning the fireplace issue (that was a primary reason for booking this particular room, and the issue upstairs. The clerk very bluntly but not unpolitely, stated "that room isn't available ". Cool. |So, we attempted to lay here with a herd of elephants congregating above us until first, standing atop the bed and banging the ceiling (just what every couple hopes for on an anniversary) and when that had no effect, contacted the desk again.|We advised we had another night here, to which the clerk stated the guests above us would be checking out this morning. I was compelled to ask that they contact them and ask them to cease the stomping. ||So, here we are, in our almost 300 a night "luxury " room, wide awake with slightly less stomping and a feature that we can't use. ||Conclusion:|Don't stay here if you hope to celebrate something special since it appears the hotel added a few props and paint to justify upcharging and calling these "luxury" rooms but forgot to splurge on soundproofing between the rooms. We've stayed in "luxury" rooms for approximately the same cost in places like Las Vegas where noise is just a given, this was not that. While the noise can be attributed to possibly a small and clearly unmonitored child, it was heard through earplugs... and actually shook the bed we are still laying in. |The staff, while seemingly well-intentioned ,as was the case with the clerk last evening albeit the clerk this morning had a far more laissez faire attitude, are ill equipped to deal with guest concerns in a significant manner. Perhaps we will still get a visit from maintenance regarding the cute little fireplace today. Seeing as it's Sunday and QUESNEL where everything closes at 6, we're not holding much hope there. ||The best we are hoping for now is that the next guests above us tonight allow us to at least get some sleep if not enjoy our anniversary in the way we had so anticipated when arriving here yesterday. ||Suffice to say, we won't be back.

Everything was great! Fun, friendly atmosphere. Restaurant was good. Lounge service was slow. Seemed the 2 servers were more interested in finishing their chat verses attending to customers. Casino is nice. I won $1100. Second time that's happened! Had a water line break but it was no biggie. We were alerted quickly. Room attendant didn't cone to our room during our stay. Not sure why. Overall, it was a nice place.

This place was easy to find, and was clean and cozy. We only stayed here for one night and didn't do any gambling, but were left happy and impressed. The staff was all also very friendly. We went to the attached restaurant, and our food was delivered quickly and hot (since we were one of the only ones in there lol). Overall a nice experience, would go back if we're in the area.

Unfortunately Margs poor grumpy attitude forced me to cancel my room that I had booked. Unwilling unable to accommodate my small super clean jack russel for one night.. I wouldn't have been able to fit into the queen sized bed offered in the pet room . It's shame , we have a party of 7 guys n gals coming to town
