I had the greatest experience with Sell Phone Lab. The customer service is exceptional. I was planning to buy a 16 pro for my wife, I got a brand new 16 pro with a great plan at a very low price from this store. I would recommend this store to anyone who has any issues with their phone or tablet or who wants to buy a new or used device. If you hear circus music when you walk in it's because this place is run by total clowns. The negligence of the staff at this store caused my account to be suspended, resulting in literally hours on the phone with Rogers to clear up the mess these people made of my account and my bill after I upgraded my device. They over-charge on repairs, dude straight up lied to me about how much my repair would cost. The majority of their phone accessories are knock-offs, it just feels so cheap and sleazy in there. Save your time, money and sanity and just go to an actual Rogers store in Calgary or Edmonton, if you are able.
