Checked in, didn’t pressure me, had valid suggestions to help me get into what a needed for my career. The customer service was outstanding!! Taylor was so amazing the whole week before my appointment I booked. I had an appointment to look at a used jeep, Taylor had it brought down from their Innisfail Chrysler location. I came back with my stepdad on the Saturday. Justin was absolutely amazing !! Taylor even came in when she didn’t need too! Phil was a very nice straight forward person. You all were actually! I appreciate everything you all did for me and staying late !! It was definitely worth it the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I’ve had many horrible ones unfortunately. I ended up buying a bronco instead of the Jeep. I was very dead set on the Jeep and Justin was like just take the bronco for a drive while already looking into financing for the jeep. So I was like okay why not, ended up loving the feel, smooth driving corners very well and handles great on the back roads I’ve come to find since that is why I upgraded from my small car to something more hefty. I also LOVE the Blue !! The explanation on every detail to why it goes that way through financing and just the dealership memberships .. just blew my mind I feel safe knowing I don’t have to worry about many things. I am very very happy !! Taylor also took the time with me when I picked up to go through the systems and settings on the bronco. Thank you guys so much!!!

Wow,, I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years, This experience has been the worst. I got to pay for 2 vehicles for 2 weeks, because they took 2 weeks to pay off my trade, and managed to dent the side of the box in on my truck, so it had to go to the body shop. The whole time I was promised they were gonna do everything for me. Wow, again, I got to drive back to the dealer 3 extra times because of this wonderful service I was going to get. I guess they forgot they did the Damage to my new vehicle. Not me. Hopefully this helps someone.

Cam Clark Ford Olds, its not just a dealership that sells cars. The people here care about improving ones quality of life, my Dad and I have both have purchases cars/trucks here and we started in a bad spot credit wise, but because of their desire to see the life of their clients improve we managed to get ahead now in life.

Even though there were a few hiccups in the timely transport of my new Bronco, they more than made up for it by personally delivering the vehicle to my home here in Calgary.
