I highly recommend First Avenue Financial, but more specifically Josh Dorion for your mortgage broker. He was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable in the process. This was a first for me, and picking the right mortgage lender was key. He always made himself available, he answered all my calls and any questions I had during the process and I had plenty! Had a great experience dealing with Josh as our mortgage broker. We originally went with my bank but they were not responsive and would take long to get back to me. We gave our info to Josh two weeks after we gave it to my bank and he was able to get our quote faster than the bank and gave us a better deal. Would highly recommend!!!
