I purchased a home in High River with a set posession date. Set up movers and made all the arrangements a few hourse after documented posession as I know sometimes there are delays. Sat around all day with no communication at all from Dixon Legal. Movers, trucks, family and friends just sat around for hours. We never got keys that day and never heard from anyone at Dixon. I called all day and they never spoke to me about what was happening. I never did end up hearing from them even after it was worked out. Thankfully my agent was great. I ended up moving in late the next day without any help as I could not rebook so short notice. Now today I just got a bill and a nasty call from this 2 years ago saying there was an adjustment and they are not sure why I didnt recieve it earlier.
They are terribly unorganized, poor communication and make an already stressful situation like moving even for stressful.
I would recommend using someone else.
