I've been using this business since 1980 when they were just s back yard shop bought a 1965 chevy box. I have always been treated very well by Garry and Steve. I have no complaints with this business will do business till Steve shuts his doors witch will be no time soon. Keep up the good work Steve

So, yesterday, I got stuck on road outside Raymond in snow. Since not too far out of raymond, they would be easier to call then lethbridge. Just needed help out of snow is all. I was quoted ' a minimum of 480.00'. Not likely. More than triple of what some other companies charge. Luckily a good Samaritan stopped and helped me out of snow. Cost: nothing. Will not give any of my business to this crook.

When asked, Steve was upfront about cost and labour, no hidden fees. His work is good and I'd take my cars there again. Communicated well with me when I contacted him.

It's a good thing I currently have a vehicle I can borrow, because otherwise I'd be stuck here. I've called multiple times about getting tires so I don't have to get towed or limp my way into Lethbridge, but every time it's just "we'll look and call you back!" That would be great... if I got called back. So, sadly, I'll be forced to take my business out of Raymond.

Even a "sorry, we don't have that size" would be better than the silence I've received. It's almost been 2 weeks since my first call. And this place was recommended to me too, so it's a bit upsetting.

My recommendation is really just to have better customer service. Even my grouchy machinist of a father has better customer service, lol.

I leave an honest review of my personal experience everywhere I do business so this is not a rant by any means. I deal a lot with parts dealers and mechanics. Strictly comparing to others I’ve worked with, I personally found Steve unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with business-to-business. As a specific example, my friend had agreed to a deal of $225 for some interior seats for me. When I called to inquire about picking them up and the price, (perhaps unaware of the fact I knew the price he had offered earlier) he changed the price to $100/seat for 6 seats. I had to get my friend to call again. Then, upon removing the seats, it was discovered that they had smoke damage and mouse infestations/nests. When I asked if he would discount any because of this, he laughed, waved me off and said no. Just an overall unpleasant experience whether pricing was great or not. I would recommend several others over this. It could be the case that he treats those he knows better I’m sure. His employee that dealt with me, however, was exceptional. I won’t be returning.
