I must share my experience dealing with Canada Custom Auto Works Loydminster. I started getting quotes about a year ago and decided to get quotes again, have my truck lifted, and do wheels and tires. I decided to use Canada Custom Auto Work, Not the cheapest quote but the most expensive one as it seemed they knew what they were doing from talking via email back and forth. Took my truck in to have the work done, and after getting my truck back and driving home I noticed my steering wheel way off to on side and truck had a hard thump noise going over the slightest bump in the road so that it vibrated through the dash. Got home and looked at the work and was disappointed. One of the powder-coated pieces from the Ready lift was chipped so that the powder coat was off. front Multimatic shock was scratched and the rear shock boot rubbers crimped up and pushed in. Brake lines hanging loose, ABS sensor wires hanging loose rubbing on the front CV joint. The rear brake line is not clipped back on Differential. Kick back the mud flap put on with silver washers, one would think they have pride in their work but I guess not, and not fit snugly against the wheel arches. I told them it almost looked like the front end was higher than the rear end, they blew me off and just kept quiet about it. I contacted Canada Custom Auto and explained my frustration. I took the truck back after driving almost 500 km, so the wheel alignment was way off, thus wearing my new tires off on one side. They put back the ABS wires and brake lines, but not in the right spot designed for it on new ready lift parts. When I took the truck back the young highly recommended mechanic who worked on the truck gave me a snotty remark” It’s a big truck it will ride like this” I think uncalled for and unprofessional. Back to the Hard thump noise on the front end of the truck, they assured me everything was as it should be, and they could not get hold of Ready Lift the company that manufactures the lift. I the client had to contact them via email and low and behold Ready Lift responded. After talking to Ready Lift, they had me measure the front end and rear end of the truck, so the front was higher than the rear as I thought. Ready Lift said to have them remove the preload spacer on the truck. I took it to another Canada Custom Auto Works dealer and had the preload spacers removed. After the preload spacer was removed I just got the truck back and the steering wheel was off to one side again and had to take it back to be re-adjusted, have had the truck for about a month now the tire pressure wheel sensor is not working intermittently, new sensors were included in the quote but my old sensors were apparently re-installed, I was quoted for new sensors but was never installed, see email screenshot, Giving discount but scamming me out of sensors without being told they did not install the new sensors, neither was I told 12 ply tires will give sensor connecting issues. Struggling with Canada Custom Auto Works Loyd to have the issue repaired or replaced. This work was done about 4 weeks back. I would say think twice before taking your vehicle. I am unsatisfied and unhappy with the substandard work done on my $ 100,000 truck and work on the truck for $ 10,000. Some repairs that I went to have fixed that were done half-assed in the first place were still not properly done, but replying with a response that tried to cover up their workmanship and customer service.
