Cannot say enough good things about this place. Was in such a pinch earlier today my battery completely failed wouldn't even hold 10 volts with a boost and everywhere in innisfail couldn't fit me in for the literal 10 minutes it would take to change the battery out even though I was bringing the battery etc. Then I called these guys and though they were busy and backed up they happily told me to come as soon as I could and they would fit me in to get it installed so we had a vehicle. Upon arrival just to ensure we were safe they also checked our alternator for us! These people really care and went the extra mile.

Vehicle troubles on the highway. Probably the best customer service I have had at a business in my life. Willing to help me on a short notice and when above and beyond assisting me. Would highly recommend dealing with this business.

A couple of months ago we brought our Outlander in for some rear end work, we were told the rear struts needed to be replaced. And then we took our vehicle to Mitsubishi to find out that the struts are perfectly fine and the work that we had gotten done in Penhold is all shot and needs to be replaced and it’s only been a couple months. I do not recommend this shop. I’m very unimpressed. Biggest waste of money.

Would strongly recommend! They got my car's issue fixed for far less money and in far less time than expected. The fix is holding up against the test of time and winter roads. I will be going back.✨🤌👍 (Any excuse to go see the cat at the front desk, LOL.)
