In a nutshell, I found ProRoots Developments Ltd. to be exemplary. Their appraiser (Pete) was Johnny-on-the-spot. His appraisal was exacting, and he was more than willing to incorporate any revisions as the process evolved. Please note that they underbid one of the largest and most successful concrete firms in Lethbridge by more than $1,000. During the demolition and preparation phases, Clay and Conor epitomized the face of Mike Rootselaar’s company. They were friendly, helpful, fastidious, and very professional from start to finish. The pour was timed for optimal weather conditions, and Mike was in the thick of it. I learned that he’s personally involved in the heavy lifting of every pour. What a team and what a product! ProRoots is an exceedingly easy firm to recommend to anyone over and over again. You’re really going to get the best bang for your buck.

Mike and his team did a great job of pouring a backyard patio. They had lots of great ideas to help everything just work together and fit and the end result is amazing! They made suggestions of an exposed aggregate border and stamped middle, the result was very good.
