Lisa was an amazing help! We booked a villa in Puerto Vallarta for a big family trip, 17 of us in total. Lisa helped book our flights, even adding an additional person later on. She also booked our shuttle and made sure there were car seats for the littles. Everything went so smoothly and her attention to detail and up beat personality made it even better!

Oh my gosh!! MS. Tracy is brilliant! My daughter and I were with her for an hour just trying to find the perfect hotel for 3 adults that only wanted adults only resort. we were very particular. We also wanted this trip originally in March! After she assessed our needs, after hours, by the way, she stayed until my son and daughter both agreed with the Resort that she has been to also!! She even showed us pics of her time spent in the Breathless resort cancun riviera maya! I already know we will have a wonderful time having this experience together as a family. Can’t wait for the trip. Tracy even talked us into going in April so that we could find what we needed for accommodations. Thank you so much! You are my go to now forever, stuck with us! 😀

Robin is amazing!!! She found a great resort for my daughter and my trip. Then when we realized a week, not 11 days, would be long enough away from home and our pets, she went above and beyond and got our flights switched for a minimal fee as well as got our seats selected so we were together and switched over the checked baggage that I had paid for first flight.
Really an amazing experience! This is why you use a travel agent and I highly recommend Robin!

We walked in the Marlin travel without having any plans other than we wanted to go to Mexico and we knew which dates that we wanted to go. The lady there. Robin was a wonderful help.
