I was looking at buying a house in old's and I needed to find out how much the windows would be to replace because there were a couple that had condensation.. I spoke to Robin and she got Vance to go out and have a look and do an estimate for me. Robin was super super helpful. Vance squeezed it in between jobs so we can get it done right away and I am just very surprised at the level of service that I got to be honest because most people won't go out of their way to do something like that. Definitely makes me feel like old is a great place to live lol. Thank you so much for all your help! Robin and Vance!

I am from out of town but stopped in and immediately fell in love with a little bunny yesterday… I just want to say how AMAZING the blonde lady was (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she did say shes worked in the pet department for about 11yrs).
THAT LADY DESERVES A RAISE! You do not get customer service like that anywhere anymore. She helped me step by step get exactly what I needed to properly take home the 6week old bunny, answered all my questions(extremely knowledgable), and was even going to help me put the cage together so it could have a better ride home in the car!

Every time I walk in I'm always greeted with a smile from everyone who works there! I have also inquired a few times with the kitchen designer Robyn on changing out a few things in my house, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in everything she does. I absolutely love the staff and the free popcorn is always a must!

Staff are generally very helpful. They have loads of products including a dedicated PET section.
Where they SHINE is their Paint and Stain section, staff actually know about these prodicts, you can get good advice here and they can match a colour pretty well.

They also have a complete lumber yard.

Prices can be a bit higher than other stores, but not by much.

I really like the pet store and how friendly and knowledgable Nicole is. Since she started working there I am impressed with how much cleaner the fish tanks and reptiles are kept. She is always ready to answer any questions I have and help with whatever I need.
