Bad experience. Kelly supposedly a manager requested for a service, and cancelled a service call while I was on site after 45 mins of eta given to her, refused to pay service call fee and lied that he had someone else there and that was her reason to cancel .Also cut the phone on me. No respect show whatever. Be warned dealing with her
