They refused to talk to my company because I had a difficulty arranging calls and meetings and asked them if we could work by email. They just told me to go look elsewhere. They also quoted $2300 for a basic end of year return for a small business that's not even generating anything these days. Rip off. I made an effort to call and ask why I was treated like that just because I asked to work via email. Becky was interrupting me all the way and the hung up on me saying thanks for calling. Disaster. Stay away. Very unpleasant people and experience.
