2 yrs ago our blower motor needed to be replaced. Very fast and efficient service. Was very happy. Yesterday our furnace wasn’t working so we knew who to call. Now I understand that this may not have been typical ( due to other appointments/calls) but we had two techs at our door in 15 mins. I don’t think I could be any happier with their service. However, I’m sure the next time their expertise is required they will surprise me once again.

I called KMW last week as my furnace was not pumping out enough heat. They came today and I live in Cluny and serviced my furnace, made all the adjustments and explained the process every step of the way. Very pleasant to deal with and now I have heat again! I am unsure if K.M.W does good work? But I do know they cover other contractors stickers with their own stickers. Thereby, covering any other work that has been done in a home which is unethical and disrespectful to the trade. Home owners and buyers should be able to see all work that has been done. Company stickers are track records.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to K.M.W Heating & Air conditioning Ltd. for saving our bacon this week during the recent hot weather.

July 2 we turned our a/c on to discover it was running, but no cold air. Mike sent a couple technicians over that cleaned up our unit, fixed a valve and filled it up with freon.

A couple days later we had an unexpected secondary problem as the fan had stopped working. Since our house was already 30 degrees and the outside temperature was climbing, I was worried as someone in our household has heat intolerance due to a heart condition.

I called K.M.W Heating & Air conditioning again expecting an expensive fix and long wait time as surely it's busy time for a/c companies...
Fortunately that was not the case 🙂!.

Mike came the very next morning, diagnosed the issue quickly, and set to work hunting down the correct part. We thought we'd have to wait for the part to come in and have it couriered, but Mike not only found us a used one thereby saving us several hundred dollars, he drove to Calgary himself to pick it up, and fixed it by noon the same day.

Wow. That's what I call excellent customer service. My family member is grateful.

I highly recommend this company. They are definitely our go to a/c & furnace company in the future.

We were having a problem with our heat and AC pump so I called KMW to see about having them come look at it. Mike talked to me on the phone and told me to check the airfilter and wash the pump from dirt and debris. It works great now after I changed the filter. Mike at KMW was great and now he is calling me to set up regular maintenance. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Mike.
