I came in a couple of weeks ago because my engine was overheating. I called and the owner got right back to me she was so pleasant on the phone and told me to come in. She saw me in -25 and filled up my transmission, oil, and coolant for free. I could tell she was a mother just wanting a young person to get home safe in the cold. Her son was awesome and gave me some advice on what it could be. It has been fine ever since!! Would recommend this place! They saved me some wicked money on going for an inspection. Thank you guys so so much. I'm pretty sure they took like 3 or 4 people after me even though they were closing in 10 minutes!! 🙂

I do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles, occasionally when my vehicle needs an oil change and I'm on the road I'll get a quick oil change, this was the case on Feb 15, I stopped at the lube city in strathmore. I put a lot of miles on my poor little vehicle and today March 1 I'm trying to change my oil and can't remove the oil filter and crushed it in the process, I've tried with 2 types of filter wrenches and am unable to remove the filter. The first time I had this issue, I broke a filter wrench trying to remove the filter they put on. This is is the second time I've had this issue after an oil change at one of their locations. Far from impressed!!! I've worked as a mechanic, and I've done hundreds of oil changes and never had this issue on passenger vehicles. I will never be back to one of their locations!
They are obviously lacking in the training of their employees.

The boss lady there is awesome. She takes good care of her costumers and their vehicles. I used to be scared to even chat but with her she makes you feel welcoming. I give her the 5 stars and will continue to get my oil change from her.

Every time I have been to the Strathmore location service has been above and beyond expectations. They have even couriered a filter in while there because they ran out of that type of filter. Nobody has ever done anything like that before! I highly recommend them.

awesome Buisness and really the only place in Strathmore that I will go for my vehicle services! To have both front and rear diff fluids replaced, Tcase serviced and an oil change all in one go, was quite fairly priced compared to other places! I will go where prices are affordable and where a good job is done and this is the place! 😬✨
