I can’t believe the customer service that M7 Designs has provided! They went WAY beyond what they needed to do in regards to order changes and communication! I must have changed my son’s order four times due to a lack of information provided by my son as well as myself. M7 worked with me completely through the process, and the final product is AWESOME!! The package arrived the day after we worked out all of our bugs. I even received emails through out a weekend. Way to go M7! I have four teenage boys who all mountain ride sleds and dirt bikes. You have a repeat customer in us for sure! Highly recommend you guys!

I recently used M7 for graphics for my son’s bike, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the final product exceeded all of my expectations.

When installing I ran into a bit of an issue. I contacted them and they took responsibility and were willing to replace the pieces I needed. Not only that, but they expedited the process so that I could have the new graphics quickly. I ordered a graphics kit from m7 on April 9. It was almost a month before I received proofs, I paid for rush shipping. When they shipped the kits they shipped them in the mail, not the rush shipping I paid for snd they only sent half the order. While installing the number plate sticker stuck to the backing snd tore the sticker, so I paid for the new number plate it finally arrived with the wrong number on it, I called and they said they would fix it and re ship it. I now have received it and it is a different colour. Service and time line are absolutely terrible. I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone of my terrible experience.
