Needed a taller set of bars for my scooter they cut the bars, added the new grips and installed new grip tape for my kido's scooter as well. Super helpful and did a great job. We are out of town and needed some stuff for the scooters super happy with the help we got!

I am not impressed with this store at all. I went there and explained how I had a presta Valve on my bike tire and only had a normal pump, he told me where the pumps where at. So I grabbed 3 of them because I wanted to know the price's. Once he told me the prices I picked one out. I then seen adapters to change the presta valve into a normal one. I told him that I would just take the adapters instead of the pump. He then said he couldn't refund me for the pump because he already scanned it. He could only give me a store credit. I am not pleased that they do not have a normal return policy. I will never go back to this store after this service. This company needs to re consider there return policy, and should focus more on customer satisfaction! Not pleased at all!!

Disappointing Experience with Nomads Store, I would give zero star

I recently made a purchase from Nomads Store, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I ordered a pair of DC snowboard boots, but upon receiving them, it became evident that they were used and not in the new condition I expected.

The initial disappointment was compounded by the customer service experience. While I appreciated that they arranged a return and provided a shipping label, the process was marred by inefficiency and a lack of transparency. I followed the return procedure diligently, yet my boots were not only kept by the store but also my money was not refunded promptly.

The communication from the customer service team was severely lacking. I expected better assistance in resolving the issue, but it seemed like my concerns were not taken seriously. The delay in refunding my money added to the frustration, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction with the overall service.

I believe it's crucial for potential customers to be aware of these issues before considering purchasing from Nomads Store. While I understand that mistakes can happen, a transparent and efficient resolution process is essential to maintain customer trust. I hope the store can learn from this experience and improve its customer service for future transactions.

Don't trust their online sales platform.
Misrepresented the Oakley sunglasses they were selling and then couldn't fulfill the order after it was placed.
Tried sending me a different model with scratched lenses as substitute. My first experience here and likely my last. Save your money for a more reputable Oakley retailer.

I do not recommend shopping here. I bought a pair of DC snowboard boots online, and they came defective. They did nothing to help me with the warranty claim and DC Shoes does not have offices in Canada, only in the US.

Family brought a bike in for a simple parts install when I was out of town, which they did fine. But tried to upsell with cheap lube shop type tactics, saying they need this repaired and that replaced, which wasn’t true. Better off shopping for bikes and service in Bentley.
