I love going here for all my baby needs. Everything I have bought is good quality and I’ve had no issues. The staff are so friendly and helpful. When I go in they are always available if I have a question. The cafe is great too! I feel comfortable bringing my baby here.

We LOVE The Baby Footprint and have been shopping here for years. From shoes, to boots, bubble bath, hand soap, gifts for all ages (not just babies and children). Wow - called the store to see if they had an item I was looking for. Ally took the time to look and when they didn't, she offered to call her manager and ask about adding to an upcoming order. Ally followed through, added the item to the order, and called me as soon as they came in. Thoroughly impressed by her willingness and uber pleasant personality on the phone, and in messages. This place is the Bomb! As first time parents we were interested in cloth diapering but not really sure where to begin or what we needed! The owner was super helpful and explained everything and really put us at ease when it comes to cloth diapering. We will definitely back for more things as we need them! There are lots of other great things in the store as well, we were more focused on the diapers while we were in!

I stopped in the shop today while spending an overnight with my family in Sylvan lake and I loved every second of it! The environment is beautiful - plants everywhere, bright, smells great. The toy selection is phenomenal. There is so many unique products and cool things there. I enjoyed a great latte that definitely hit the spot for me. I will be planning a stop in here whenever I’m in town!

Oh my goodness where do I begin!?! The coffee is amazing, the food is outstanding.. if you want the most delicious sandwich of your life, choose any sandwich on the menu. The cook/baker is unbelievable. Cutest clothes that FEEL quality, the toys are so unique and fun. It's an incredible addition to Sylvan Lake. Not to mention Natasha is top knotch and a lovely business owner. I love that they carry non toxic products, especially for kids. I have nothing but good things to say!
