Literally the most useless staff I have ever encountered. The girl with glasses that bigger is the rudest and unhygienic person I have ever tried to deal with. I walked away and will never be back for as long as she is there! should read the reviews on this business on Facebook Sherwood rant page. Everyone bashes the workers!

I have been with Virgin Mobile for 10 years and my family has 4 phones with them. For the past 2 upgrades on our phones I have tried to come here and get a new phone. The sales representatives acted unmotivated, unwilig to help and It seemed as if they don't care wether you buy a phone/contract with them.

I got a Pixel 3 and a Samsung S10 from a provider that cared about customer service ✌️

Stay away from the them, be aware! They recycle cell phone numbers, so you'll be getting calls from lots of unknown numbers, even if you block all those numbers they still will call and leave you voice messages, not to mention their malfunctioning cell phones, they won't even tell you this when you buy a phone or a plan from them .
