Brokers are not helpful. You need to be pretty familiar with insurance yourself to advocate for your needs as the brokers seem unknowledgeable and unwilling to help (I have come across very few who seem to care about their clients but more who do not). I hate the call centre calling, every time you email or call, you end up with a new person for the same issues or questions. A manager I spoke with said this will change soon, but we will see. Very frustrating to deal with them right now, I will likely look for a new broker come renewal.

We've been using Vegreville insurance for around 10 years.
Before they were taken over by brokerlink they were fantastic.
I could call and talk to someone fairly quickly.

Now? They don't call back when they promised to. We had a critical issue with our insurance underwriter. We phoned them 3+ times, and repeatedly never got a call back with the information we needed. This left us scrambling to find a new company to insure our cars at the last minute.

Took a bunch of time filled everything out the it wants to talk to you then he can't find what I just filled out then tells me it's ok just another 45 mins when it says get a quy in 5 mins. Now I tell the guy no thanks ,done no even after unsubscribing they send me more crap this I what pravokes this review ,run run as fast as u can
