Jason with Mayday is an exceptional inspector. He examined every inch of the House we were purchasing to ensure we had an accurate snapshot of the condition of every component. He noticed a few things that my wife and I did not.

I have some experience with construction materials from a previous job, and it was nice talking to him on the level about things that may need shoring up or replacement and what the level of risk for waiting or benefits fixing now would be.

It was just a great experience dealing with him. If you choose his services, you won't be choosing wrong.

We had condensation issues with our 6 year old house, and brought Jason in to do an inspection and thermal imaging. He was incredibly helpful, thorough, knowledgable and really gave us confidence in knowing exactly what was causing the issues in our home. The report has been great and has allowed us to fix deficiencies, and he has been there to answer questions even months later. Highly reccomend and very grateful. The next time we purchase, I will definitely choose Mayday, as our initial home inspection was not this thorough or informative.
