So disappointing, my roof LEAKED from the first rain after having Lanco replace my roof. they came out many times over 6 years to try and fix the problem. (After 4 years of many unsuccessful attempts and internal damage to my home. ) The leakes got worse and they acted as if they cared and lied for 2 years and said they were sending someone come and patch the area, I even asked for an estimate on the patch job, willing to pay... still nobody showed.

I finally hired another roofing company. They told me all the caulking Lanco used was making my problem worse! They had to scrape off the mess Lanco had created, and my roof patched in a couple of hours. For the first time in 6 years, I can rest easy when it rains.

They went above and beyond what was expected of them, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

In merely two days they did an entire hip roof on a 36' x 50' home - removed old shingles, put down paper (the original roofers didn't do that!) and new shingles, replaced vents, and cleaned up SPOTLESSLY after themselves. Plus a few little "extras" included.

Their invoice was exactly the same as their quote.

I'd certainly recommend them.

Hired Lanco to reroof our garage and had such a great experience also had them do siding on our home. These guys are very good at what they do and they are accommodating and easy to work with. Joel offered great design, product suggestions, and very accurate quoting. They also left our property immaculately clean and their equipment/radio set up is quiet and respectful.
