No power cable with modem, two customer service ladies. 1. Could not hear them cause not speaking up. 2. Both argued with me that it was sent. Will not go through such disrespect from customer service. Then charge me $10.58 for service when it wasn't hooked up. I will not work with a business like this and don't think you should support yhem either. TDS service has been wonderful.
